A weekly clean keeps a home ticking over. A deep clean resets it. Our deep cleaning service covers Surrey, London and the Home Counties: one visit that shifts the limescale, gets inside the oven and the cupboards, and reaches behind and under the furniture, the places a normal clean never goes.

Who books a one-off deep clean

People moving into a place that isn't as clean as the photos suggested. Homes full of fine dust after building work. Anyone giving the place a proper spring clean, getting ready for guests, or handing a home back in a good state. If your home needs more than a once-over, this is the one.

What's included

  • The kitchen done properly: inside the oven, fridge and cupboards, worktops and tiles degreased
  • Bathrooms descaled: limescale off tiles, taps, shower screens and shower heads
  • Skirting boards, door frames, light switches and sockets wiped down
  • Behind and under the furniture that can safely be moved
  • Inside windows, sills and frames
  • Floors vacuumed and mopped throughout, edges and corners included

What's not included

  • Outside windows, gutters and anything that needs ladders
  • Carpet and upholstery shampooing (ask us and we'll price it separately)
  • Damp or mould problems in the walls: we can clean surface mould, not cure the cause
  • Rubbish, furniture or bulky items you want gone: that's a house clearance, and we do those too

If you're not sure which side of the line something falls on, ask. We'd rather sort it before the day than surprise you on it.

How it works

  1. Tell us about the place

Fill in the form or send photos on WhatsApp. Pictures of the rooms that worry you most help the price the most.

  2. We give you a price

Deep cleans are priced by property size and condition, from your photos, usually the same day.

  3. The cleaners get to work

Cleaning needs at least 24 hours' notice, and on bigger deep cleans a deposit holds the date. The cleaners bring what they need and work through the whole list.

  4. You check it over

Pay by card, bank transfer or cash. Not happy? Tell us within 24 hours and we'll put it right.

What it costs

Priced by the size of the property, with a from-price for each size. Condition still moves the price: a tired 2-bed and a 2-bed thick with builder's dust are different jobs, and pretending otherwise helps nobody.

Deep cleaning questions

What's the difference between a deep clean and a regular clean?

Time and reach. A regular visit keeps the surfaces you use every day in shape. A deep clean gets into the rest: limescale, the inside of the oven and cupboards, skirting boards, behind the furniture. It's the clean that makes a place feel new again.

How much does a deep clean cost?

From £265 for a 2-bed, £295 for a 3-bed, £380 for a 4-bed and £445 for a 5-bed, with studios and 1-beds priced from photos. Condition moves the price, so send a few photos and we'll confirm the figure before you book. There's no VAT to add.

How long does a deep clean take?

It depends on the size of the place and the state it's in. We'll tell you when we quote, and where we can we'll send enough cleaners to finish in a single visit.

Can you deep clean after builders?

Yes. Fine dust gets everywhere after building work, so tell us about the work when you enquire and we'll plan for it. Photos of the worst rooms help us get the price right.

Do I need to empty the cupboards first?

It helps, but it isn't a must. If the cupboards are full, the cleaners will work around what's there and clean what they can reach. Tell us what you'd like done and we'll be straight about what's possible.

How much notice do you need?

At least 24 hours, so we can get the right people to you. If you need a date this week, get in touch today and we'll do our best.

Do you bring products and equipment?

Yes, our cleaners bring what they need. If you'd rather they used your products, just say.

Is a deep clean the same as end of tenancy cleaning?

They're close, but end of tenancy cleaning follows an agency-style checklist and is priced by property size. If you're moving out and an inspection is coming, book that instead. If it's your own home, a deep clean is the one.

Do you take a deposit?

On bigger deep cleans, yes, to hold the date. The rest is due when the job's done and you've had a look.
