You move your things; we make the place look like nobody lived there.

End of tenancy questions
How much does end of tenancy cleaning cost?
A studio or 1-bed is £150 to £220, a 2-bed £200 to £280, a 3-bed £260 to £380 and a 4-bed or larger £350 to £500+, depending on the condition of the place. Carpet cleaning and an oven deep clean add to the price, and you'll know the full figure before you book.
What if the agent or landlord isn't happy with the clean?
Not happy? Tell us within 24 hours and we'll put it right. That's the guarantee, and it covers every end of tenancy clean we do.
Is the oven included?
Yes, the oven is cleaned inside and out as standard. If it's had years of roast dinners baked onto it, add the oven deep clean and we'll get it back to presentable.
Are carpets included?
Vacuuming is included. A proper carpet clean with professional equipment is an add-on: tell us when you book and we'll price it in.
The last tenant left furniture and rubbish behind. Can you still help?
Yes, and it's our strongest suit. We clear whatever's been left and clean in one booking, so the property is inspection-ready in a day. Send photos of what's there and we'll price the lot.
How much notice do you need?
At least 24 hours for cleaning, so we can get the right people to you. If the check-out is tomorrow, get in touch anyway and we'll tell you straight away whether we can do it.
Do I need to be there?
No. Most people leave a key with the agent, a neighbour or in a key safe. We'll send you photos when we're done.
