About A1 Clean & Clear
A Surrey company that cleans homes and workplaces, and clears houses, gardens and patios, across Surrey, London and the Home Counties.
What we do
Two things, done properly: cleaning and clearance. Regular home cleaning, deep cleans, end of tenancy cleans and commercial cleaning on one side. House, garden and bereavement clearances plus pressure washing on the other. The point of doing both is simple: one call, and an empty rental can be cleared in the morning and cleaned in the afternoon.
How we work
When you get in touch, you deal with the owner. Not a call centre, not a different person every time. The owner prices your job (usually from your photos), books it, checks it went well and sorts anything that didn't. One point of contact from first message to final payment.
The work itself is carried out by self-employed cleaners, gardeners and clearance contractors we've chosen and work with regularly. Our cleaners and gardeners are DBS checked and reference checked. We match each job to the right person near you, we manage the job, and you pay us, not them. If anything's not right, tell us within 24 hours and we'll put it right.
Where we are
We're based in Reigate, Surrey, and cover Surrey, Greater London and the Home Counties: Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Kent, Sussex, Hampshire, Bedfordshire, Oxfordshire and Cambridgeshire. East Surrey and south London are the home patch. The full list is on the areas page.
Paying us
Card machine, bank transfer or cash. On bigger cleans and clearances a deposit holds the date and the balance is due when the job's done. We're not VAT registered, so the price we quote is the price you pay, with nothing added on. Prices start from £120 for clearances and £150 for end of tenancy cleaning; the pricing page has the lot.
