How it works

Four steps from first message to final check. Here's how we price a cleaning or clearance job, when a deposit applies, how you pay, and what happens if something's not right.

1. Tell us what you need

Fill in the short quote form, give us a ring on 07784 258198, or send a few photos on WhatsApp. Photos are the quickest route to a price: a shot of each room, the garden, or the pile that needs to go tells us most of what we need.

Along with the photos, tell us roughly where you are, when you need it done, and anything tricky: parking, stairs, a narrow side gate. The more you show us up front, the firmer the price. If you'd rather talk it through, call during opening hours (Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6pm, weekends 10am to 5pm) and you'll get the owner, not a call centre.

2. We give you a price

Most jobs are priced from your photos, usually the same day during opening hours. The price we give you is the full price. We're not VAT registered, so nothing gets added on later.

Big jobs work a little differently. For a full house clearance or a larger commercial clean we'll arrange a visit first, walk round with you, then send a written quote so it's all in black and white before you commit.

What moves a price is simple: the size of the job, the state it's in, and how easy it is to get at. The pricing page breaks it down service by service.

On timing: clearances can often happen the same or next day. Cleaning needs at least 24 hours' notice, so we can get the right people to you.

3. The right people turn up and do it

We match your job to a cleaner, gardener or clearance team near you. They arrive on time with what they need: products, equipment and any muscle the job calls for. You don't have to be home. Plenty of people leave a key with a neighbour, an agent or in a key safe, and we'll send photos when the job's done.

On bigger cleans and clearances, a deposit of 25% of the job price holds the date and the balance is due when the job's done. We'll give you the exact figure when we quote, so there are no surprises on the day. Smaller jobs usually don't need one.

If the day turns up something unexpected, more to clear than the photos showed, or an item we can't take, the team checks with us and we agree it with you before carrying on. No quiet extras on the bill.

4. You check it over

Walk round and have a look before anyone leaves, or check the photos we send if you're not there. Then pay however suits you: card on the card machine, bank transfer, or cash. The price is the one we quoted.

Not happy with something? Tell us within 24 hours and we'll put it right. And it's the owner you'll be telling, so it gets sorted by the same person who booked you in.

Before you book

Every from-price is gathered in one place, the common questions are answered, and the form takes about a minute.

Ready for a price?

Send a few photos and we'll come back with a straight price, usually the same day.

Or call 07784 258198. You'll get the owner, not a call centre.
