Clearing a house is rarely just a job. Sometimes it's a rental that needs turning round by Friday. Sometimes it's a parent's home and every drawer has a memory in it. We've done both, and we'll take our lead from you. We can clear everything, or just the big stuff, and we'll leave the place swept and ready for whatever comes next.

Landlords and letting agents with a property to turn round. Families clearing a home after a move or a bereavement. Anyone whose garage, loft or spare room has quietly filled up over the years. If there's more stuff than you can shift, that's us.
What's included
- Furniture, appliances and white goods, carried out and taken away

- Carpets and curtains lifted and removed if you want them gone

- Decluttering: we clear the part you choose and leave the rest tidy

- Asbestos, in any form
- Gas bottles and pressurised cylinders
- Paint, oils and chemicals
- Anything that needs a specialist licence to handle
If you're not sure whether something on your list is a problem, ask us. It's better than finding out on the day, and we can usually point you to the right people for the awkward items.

Most clearances are priced from photos. For a full house we may come and look first, then send a written quote.
The team clears it
On bigger clearances a deposit holds the date. The team arrives on time, clears what we agreed and sweeps through.
You check it over
Pay by card, bank transfer or cash. Not happy? Tell us within 24 hours and we'll put it right.
What it costs
From £120 for a few items. Beyond that, the price depends on how much there is and how easy it is to get out, so we quote from your photos or a visit. As a rough guide, think in loads: a few items, a car boot, half a van load, a full van load. The more you can show us up front, the firmer the price. There's no VAT to add, and clearing plus cleaning in one booking is our speciality: an empty property can be ready to let in a day.

How quickly can you clear a house?
Often the same or next day for smaller clearances. A full house usually takes a little more arranging, but it's days, not weeks.
Do I need to be there?
No. Plenty of people leave a key with a neighbour, an agent or in a key safe. We'll send you photos when we're done.
What if some things should stay?
Tell us what stays and we'll set it aside. A list, a photo with notes, or labels on the day all work. When in doubt, we leave it and ask.
Can you clear just one room, or a garage?
Yes. Part clearances and decluttering are normal jobs for us, from £120.
Can you clean the place after the clearance?
Yes, and it's the thing we're set up for. One booking, cleared in the morning, cleaned in the afternoon, ready to let or sell.
Do you take a deposit?
On bigger clearances, yes, to hold the date. The rest is due when the job's done and you've had a look.
