Homes in Reigate
Reigate's housing is a real mix, and the mix changes the job. The Victorian and Edwardian houses around the town centre, Reigate Hill and South Park have high ceilings, original floorboards and gardens that have had a century to grow: lovely, and a proper workout for a deep clean or a garden clearance. The 1930s semis out towards Woodhatch and Meadvale are the classic family clean, and their block-paved drives green up nicely for pressure washing. Flats above the High Street shops and in the newer developments off Bell Street turn over with the rental market, which is where end of tenancy cleaning comes in.
The practical bits
Parking around the town centre and the conservation area is tight, with permit zones on many of the streets off the High Street and West Street. It helps to tell us up front what parking is like outside yours: a clearance goes a lot quicker when the vehicle can stop by the door, and if a visitor permit is needed it's worth arranging before the day. The lanes up around Reigate Heath and Gatton are narrow, so for bigger clearances there we'll ask an extra question or two about access. None of it is a problem, it just goes into the quote so there are no surprises.
