Booking
How do I book?
Fill in the quote form, ring 07784 258198, or WhatsApp us. We'll come back with a price, you say yes, and the date's in the diary.
Do I need to be there?
No. Plenty of people leave a key with a neighbour or in a key safe. We'll send you photos when we're done.
How quickly can you come?
Clearances are often same day or next day. Cleaning needs at least 24 hours' notice so we can get the right people there.
How do I send photos?
WhatsApp is easiest: tap the WhatsApp button on any page and attach them to your message. The quote form takes up to five photos too. Wide shots of each room or area, plus a close-up of anything tricky, are all we need.
Do you do evenings and weekends?
Our hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6pm, and 10am to 5pm on Saturdays and Sundays. Weekend jobs are normal, and offices are often cleaned out of hours. Tell us the times that work and we'll fit round them.
Prices and payment
How do quotes work?
Most jobs are priced from photos: send a few and you'll usually have a price the same day. Big jobs get a visit first, then a written quote. Either way you know the price before anyone turns up.
Do you charge VAT?
No. The price we give you is the price you pay.
Do you take a deposit?
On bigger cleans and clearances, yes: 25% of the job price, to hold the date. The rest is due when the job's done.
What if the job turns out bigger than expected?
We'll say so before carrying on, not after. If there's genuinely more than the photos showed, we agree a new price with you first.
How can I pay?
Card machine, bank transfer or cash, whichever suits you. The balance is due when the job's done and you've had a look.
On the day
How do you get in if I'm out?
A key safe, a neighbour or your letting agent all work fine. Tell us the arrangement when you book and we'll pass it on. You'll get photos when the job's done.
Do you bring your own products and equipment?
Yes, our cleaners bring what they need. If you'd rather they used your products, just say.
Are pets a problem?
No, pets are fine. Just tell us about them when you book, and for noisy jobs like pressure washing it's kindest to keep them somewhere calm.
What about parking?
Tell us what it's like outside: permit zones, meters, a shared drive, or a walk from the nearest space. It matters most on clearances, and it's better in the quote than as a surprise on the day.
What if something gets damaged?
We're careful, but we'll be straight with you: now and then something goes wrong. Tell us within 24 hours and we'll sort out what happens next with you.
Clearances
What can't you take?
Asbestos, gas bottles and pressurised cylinders, paint, oils and chemicals, and anything that needs a specialist licence to handle. Not sure about something on your list? Ask us and we'll tell you, and we can usually point you to the right people for the awkward items.
Can you clear just part of a house?
Yes. One room, a garage, a loft or a general declutter are all normal jobs for us, from £120.
Can you clean after a clearance?
Yes, and it's the thing we're set up for. One booking, cleared in the morning, cleaned in the afternoon, ready to let or sell.
Do you handle bereavement clearances?
Yes, gently and at your pace. We set aside anything the family wants kept, work round solicitors and estate agents, and can clean afterwards so the property is ready to sell or let. There's more on our bereavement and probate clearance page.
Areas
Which areas do you cover?
We're based in Reigate and cover Surrey, Greater London and the rest of the Home Counties: Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Kent, Sussex, Hampshire, Bedfordshire, Oxfordshire and Cambridgeshire. See all the areas we cover.
How far will you travel?
There's no distance limit inside those counties. Clearance teams travel further than cleaners as a rule, so if you're near the edge of the map, ask and we'll tell you straight.
Can you definitely come to me?
Availability depends on having the right people near you. We match every job to a cleaner, gardener or clearance team close by, so tell us your area and we'll tell you what we can do and how soon.
Where are you based?
Reigate in Surrey, on the border with south London. East Surrey and south London are our home patch, and we cover a long way beyond it.
