The cleaning happens out of hours or at the weekend, so your day carries on as normal, and every job starts with a site visit and a written quote.

What office cleaning includes
The same list applies to shops, salons and clinics, adjusted to the space. A typical visit covers:
- Bins emptied, floors vacuumed and mopped
- Desks, counters and surfaces wiped and dusted
- Kitchens and staff rooms cleaned properly
- Toilets and washrooms done every visit, not every other one
- Entrances, reception areas and internal glass
- Communal stairs, hallways and lifts in blocks of flats
- Our cleaners bring the equipment and products
- Your checklist, if you have one, followed line by line
What we don't do
- Exterior window cleaning above ground level
- Clinical or hazardous waste
- Kitchen extraction and duct cleaning, which needs a specialist
- Factory floors and industrial machinery

How it works
Tell us about the space
The form, a ring or WhatsApp all work. What sort of space it is, roughly how big, and how often you'd want us.
We come and look
Commercial jobs are quoted after a site visit, at a time that suits you. Then you get a written quote, and the price in it is the price.
The cleaners get to work
Evenings, early mornings or weekends, so it doesn't get in your way. We need at least 24 hours' notice for the first clean, and on bigger one-off cleans a deposit holds the date.
You check it over
Pay by card, bank transfer or cash. Not happy? Tell us within 24 hours and we'll put it right.
What it costs
Commercial cleaning is the one service we don't put a from-price on, because no two spaces are alike. A twenty-desk office with two kitchens is a different job from a two-chair salon. Plenty of commercial cleaning companies in London will quote you over the phone, sight unseen. We won't. We come and look, then send a written quote based on the size of the space, how often we come and what's on the list. What we quote is what you pay: we're not VAT registered, so nothing gets added on.

Can you clean outside our opening hours?
Yes, and most of our commercial work happens that way: evenings, early mornings and weekends. If daytime suits your building better, that's fine too.
Is it one-off or regular?
Either. Some people need one clean before an inspection or after a refit. Others book a regular slot. Plenty start with a one-off and go regular once they've seen the work.
How do you price commercial cleaning?
We visit the space first, then send a written quote. The price depends on the size, how often we come and what's on the list. We're not VAT registered, so nothing gets added on.
Do you bring equipment and products?
Yes, everything we need. If your building or your own spec calls for particular products, tell us and the team will use those.
Are the cleaners checked?
Yes. Our cleaners are DBS checked and reference checked, and you deal with the owner throughout, so anything that needs sorting gets sorted with one call.
Can you work to our checklist?
Yes. If you have a checklist or a cleaning spec, we'll work to it. If you don't, we'll agree one at the site visit so everyone knows exactly what's included.
Do you clean communal areas in blocks of flats?
Yes. Stairs, hallways, entrances and lifts, kept presentable on a regular schedule. Managing agents and residents' associations are both welcome.
How does access work if nobody's there?
However suits you. Many people give the team a key or a door code so the cleaning happens after everyone's gone home. We'll agree the arrangements at the site visit.
